Penglai Pavilion is located on Danya Mountain in the north of Penglai City. It has a long history and profound cultural heritage. It consists of several ancient buildings, including Lüzu Hall, Sanqing Hall, Penglai Pavilion, Tianhou Palace, and Mituo Temple. The architectural style is unique, with upturned eaves and richly carved beams and pillars, showcasing the exquisite skills of ancient architecture.
Standing on the Penglai Pavilion and leaning on the railing to look into the distance, you can enjoy the magnificent sea view and the unpredictable clouds and mist. If you are lucky, you can also see the legendary mirage spectacle. That illusory and dreamlike scene is breathtaking.
Tianheng Mountain
It is opposite Penglai Pavilion across the sea and is a mountain range at the northernmost tip of the Jiaodong Peninsula. Here, there are beautiful natural scenery and rich historical sites.
The Hehai Pavilion on the mountain has a unique shape. From here, you can overlook the unique landscape where the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea meet. The clear and turbid seawater blend here, forming a distinct boundary line, which is very magical.
There is also the coordinate of the Yellow Sea Bohai Sea boundary line, which is a landmark attraction that attracts many tourists to take photos.
Penglai Water City
It is one of the most complete ancient naval bases in China and has important historical value.
The city wall of the water city is tall and solid.
